Day 2 - Seriously, what is going on in there?
Let's learn what our minds are actually doing. How do we function? How are some behaviours so automatic, like they have a mind of their own, and yet the behaviour I WANT is lost to me?
Day 3 - Values & Beliefs
Today you will be coached around your values and your beliefs. You will discover the deep deep values and beliefs and find out what is really holding you back.
Day 4 - The Roadmap forward
The final day includes the ways to take control of your thinking, being in control of your emotions and knowing that confidence is just around the corner.
This session includes a technique that will change how you feel about ANY stressful situation in the future.
