This energising yoga class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and releasing tension—while helping you reset mentally for the week ahead.

Expect mindful movement, breath-led flow, and a steady pace that leaves you grounded in your body and clear in your mind.

Every Body Yoga

Monday 6-7pm

This class is all about meeting yourself where you are. With options to suit every body, you'll stretch, strengthen, and move in a way that feels good for you. No pressure. No pretzel poses. Just supportive movement, breath, and a space to reconnect with yourself.

Who is this for?

  • Men and women who have always wanted to try yoga, but have felt intimated or overwhelmed with bigger classes and their fitness levels.

    These classes are designed for ALL - all bodies, all shapes, all abilities and all levels.

  • Busy people! Imagine - time for you! If you're juggling all the different roles and know you NEED to take time for you, these classes are for exactly what will fill your cup.

    As a holistic practitioner in all my work, classes will help ground you, move you, inspire you and show you just how magnificent you are - exactly how you are TODAY.

  • You want a class that honours your pace—no pressure, no pretzel poses, just presence.

  • If you're in a relationship (or not) and want to show up with more softness, strength, and self-trust.

Who this isn't for?

  • Anyone who believes yoga is all about how it "looks".

    This style of yoga (Hatha) is all around how it FEELS. It's about you finding what you can do, what feels good in your body, and how to grow your connection to you and what your body is asking for.

  • You’re only looking for a high-intensity workout with loud music and shouting.

  • You’re not willing to be kind—to yourself, your body, or the other people in the room.

    (and that's ok if you're ready to learn how to be kind to yourself, this is what it's all about).

What you'll need....

  • Yoga mat - or use the mats available at the studio.

  • Water bottle, layers for temperature changes and a smile ready for some fun.

  • Places are limited - book your place to avoid disappointment.

With over 20 years of experience in the Psychology and behaviour change space, Pam specialises in helping women in love.

Combining her Yoga teaching with her skills as a NLP, Time Line Therapy, & Hypnosis Master Practitioner and Trainer, classes with Pam will bring a holistic approach to your session.
